Hello everyone

What a glorius day it is today..... sun is shining.... washing is out on the line..... the only downside is im in work.

Well the good news is i've not had a single thought about a cigarette all day until someone asked me how the give up was going..... then i realised, I hadn't thought about it.

So things do get easier

Hope you've all had a wonderful weekend, and just think of all the lovely easter eggs we can eat next weekend lol

ive not smoked for 5 days, 14 hours and 15 minutes, ive saved £37.24 by not smoking 167 cigarattes.

It really is a fabulous day! Hope everyone's got a smiley face on I love how the sun makes everything seem nicer! lol.
