Hi guys, I was on a training course Thursday and Friday so didn't even think about having a smoke, then I went out on a hen night on Friday night and got drunk so i smoked four!!!!!

Good thing is I felt so ill (and smelly) on Sat morning so I havn't started again, just a bad night!

Well done for not carrying on with the smokes.

It was good that you felt ill ,and i don`t mean that in a bad way,it stopped you from starting again.

Have a good day today.

Thanks!

I was really dissapointed but I don't feel any need to start again, I think it was just the rebel alcoholic in me lol.

I feel more guilty than anything!

Minus a two hour blip on Friday 14th march......
