Keep it up jimbo, i agree with Cat, you should give the doctors a call and just think you can boast about how long you've been a no smoker!!!

My bat mobile is lovely and shiney today and smelling wonderful my only problem now i've ran out of bacon and i could really do with a bacon butty lols..

i have been reading bout your pain last night and today. i am on day 5 and i have pains in my chest worse than when i smoked! i remember when i attempted to stop 2 years ago i had pains in my legs, so bad i got strong pain killers from quack. i rember caving in before and taking back to the weed so sorry i have no idea how long your face pain will last?
