i was working last night and so nearly stopped on the way home for 10 fags.the craving was so bad even with the patch but i came straight home and went to bed. very glad i did now tho. might even make it to day 3 folks

Well done quirkey, now you've done it once you can do it again. Just don't take any money out with ya or cards lol.
Im now on day five going cold turkey.... its been hard but its really worth it. I haven't been to the shop yet lol..... have to go tomorrow or the kids will be eating choc ice and chips.
