Anyway day 5 is here and I am think I am doin ok. Had a look on whyquit.com last nite and I have to say it was well worth a look, so if any of you are really struggling today just have a look at this site and it will confirm that you are more than doing the right thing.
Have got mther in law arriving tomorrow to stay for 2 weeks and she smokes!!! That will be fun!!!!:mad:
MIL for 2 weeks? She smokes? OMG! I will be keeping EVERYTHING crossed for you! Stay strong. Just remember "This too shall pass" and at the and of those 2 weeks, you'll know that to survive that, you'll survive anything!
