Hi all, just found the forum, seven weeks today with out a roll up.

My background; going to be 50 this year, lifelong professional smoker. Roll ups, even used to wake up early so I could smoke before breakfast!

Started feeling really short of breath, little twinges of chest pain, decided enough was enough.

Went to see a hypnotherapist, really helped.

So here I am, forty nine days smoke free, feeling great but I do realise I could easily relapse so joined here for moral support.

Dave

Wow, thanks all for a great welcome.

My quit date was 26th January. Main reason for stopping is that I have two children, 14 and 16, I have vowed to live long enough to become a burden on them!!!!:D:D
