Good luck on your quit.

Stay focused and don't try to replace 20 fags with 20 bars of chocolate :D

I,m almost 4 weeks and haven't gained any weight (yet? :o)

Drink lots of water, eat lots of fresh fruit and veg. I keep some sugarfree gums handy for those times I just want to have something in my mouth (no rude comments please!) And Oh, frozen grapes yummy yummy - there's a thread about them :)
