Morning everyone. Thanks for the support I got last night. Am feeling so much better today. Got a good 9 hours sleep in and my mood has lifted. Am planning on having a really busy day as I feel really motivated today. Planning on taking the dogs out for a lovely long walk. Think I need the fresh air to really clear my head today.

I must admit day's 4 and 5 were especially difficult for me as work was BAD but at least I have the weekend to really get some stuff done and chill out a bit. Even if next weeks work gets me down I will be on Day 8 by then!! :D

May I say well done to every single person on this forum for their individual efforts to quit this awful drug. Every one is doing such a fantastic job and our support to each other will help every one come out the other side!

Best of luck to you all today. Keep that PMA going.
