Have a lovely day out today you deserve it. You've done really well and you got past that horrible day 3.
I can't help you with the sleepless nights im afraid. I've gone completely the opposite. I used to be a night owl but now im in bed by 10 at the latest (or have been since quit day)
Today will be better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow...... KEEP GOING
The only problem i seem to be having is at night. Laying in bed last night i felt physically sick, and a couple of nights i've woken up feeling sick.
Apart from that, i feel great. I'm using Microtabs still but within the next week hope to come off them.
I know i said it yesterday and i don't mean to bang on about it but still reading Andy Marshall's book " Stoppings Easy", and it is great.
It goes into detail the reasons why we started smoking and the reasons we now smoke ( or use to smoke ), it talks about not giving up anything but stopping because we want to stop and the fears stopping highlights to us. It's certainly helped with the i now view smoking. The great thing is it's not patronising, it doesn't bang on about smoking will kill you, will cost you thousands etc etc we all know that stuff, of course it does talk about those things, but it's about showing you a logical and straight forward way of stopping.
All i can say it, it's certainly helped me and the way i feel about stopping
I have been quit for 3 Days, 10 hours, 56 minutes and 59 seconds (3 days). I have saved £14.24 by not smoking 103 cigarettes. I have saved 8 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 12/03/2008 00:00
