Wow that horrid day three is finally over, i went to bed at 9 because I couldn't take it anymore lol, hence i've been up since 5am.

phew! made it to day 4.. wasn't day 3 a pig?!?

must try and remember how bad it was if ever tempted to light up

anyone running Sport Relief mile? Wish i'd entered now, wud be something to look forward to..as a smoker it would have killed me, as a non-smoker..I wonder?

major fight w partner yesterday (but didn't smoke:D) - wonder if can be patched up?? not sure...

good for you Batwoman, you are doing so well. Bed seems like the best place sometimes, I think it must be all the oxygen getting to our brains which is making us feel more tired!!!!!

Im glad you like reading my posts catwoman, its funny how something so simple can turn into something enjoyable.

I find myself on this site several times a day.... it gives me a lot of inspiration and that in itself can be a great thing.

I just hope I can be a help to others the same way they are to me..

God I hope that doesn't sound corney or the ramblings of an ex-smoker lol.... whooooo we are all no smokers!!! How great is that :cool:
