hope everyone doing well on day 3, im finding it really hard with the withdrawal, just wanted to smoke today, but then what would happen the next time, it would be much more harder to stop, still doing well but am finding it so hard now. but then so are all of us this what is keeping me going.

im not going to let myself down now or leting the team down. we can do this.
