Firstly, hats off to all the new members who’ve taken the plunge and joined this happy (yeah happy..wanna make summat of it..?) band of quitters.
Just a tiny word of advice to you regarding your chosen or prescribed quit methods.
It doesn’t matter how you’re doing it, the fact that you’re here is the most important.
Be aware that different quit methods produce different craves / symptoms / side-effects and that the advice given to someone else might not be suitable for you.
Please don’t use this forum to replace sound professional advice from your GP.
If someone’s describing symptoms similar to what you’re experiencing don’t be afraid to check with the poster that they’re on a similar quit method.
Even if the issue is not medical it can be disappointing when you don’t feel the same as someone else over trivial things until you realise later that their method of quitting was totally different.
The last thing we want to encourage is complications arising from an overdose of midget gems….
