Hi everyone. how are you all doing on day one, im finding it very hard,

this morning been ok but the afternoon is geting a bit harder.

feeling a bit sick now and nervous. and this is only the first day.

You are doing well so far, just keep yourself occupied and think of the rest of the team. That's what I am doing and it seems to help.

I really want to see you in the day 2 discussion tomorrow, how are you doing with the micro tabs?

Im not feeling too bad, bit light headed before, but i've just heard the budget with another 11p going on a pack of 20 and that makes me more determined.

The budget just came at the right time to re-enforce our determination to stop. 11p is a big raise over time, mind you, he won't be getting 11p from me....
