Well I'm checking in on Day 3, not a good start to the day, had a stupid row with my hubby, I am just so mean today!! I will not give in, I didn't do two days for nothing, I'm cold turkey so I knew it was going to be hard, could do with your encouragement throughout the day if anyone is reading the posts. As a housewife I'm trying to keep occupied but it is difficult to keep busy 24/7.

Yay!! I have my meter set up, now I feel so much better lol 
I have been quit for 3 Days, 9 hours, 2 minutes and 40 seconds (3 days). I have saved £15.52 by not smoking 67 cigarettes. I have saved 5 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 09/03/2008 00:55
hiya im on day 3 too, last week i cut down alot but now im on day 3 with no fags inbetween woohoo!!!!!!
does drinking plenty of water help does it =s i didnt know that i shall drink plenty i wasnt to be healthy!!!!!
hey ive noticed a change in me too im a bit groggy and snappy (not as bad as pmt!) but im aggitated easily!!! hopefully ill get over it also has anyone else been feeling very emotional for no reason =s lol lol anyway good luck day 3ers and keep going keep yourself busy by erm going for a nice walk or sticking a cd on and dancing! he he he! =)
is the meter thing at the bottom how do i get one please =)

I got my meter at dedicateddesigns.com/. I feel alot better actually than I did earlier, so at least I know that when I feel bad it is only a matter of time until the feeling passes
