Hi everyone ,well here I am at week two, I feel good because I never thought I would make it. Not craving but still feel something is missing, I dare say that will go with time. Not replacing ciggs with food but eating more fruit, did any quiters suffer bad constipation? sorry for that question so early in the morning, but I need to know in case it's just me.
