She is a professional adult mental health adviser and not an amateur user.

I am not au fait with the system to report her!! Help - she has turned this forum into her self-satisfied misery!

Sorry Sara - haven't read the threads. Just thought there was some bitching going on.

I simply asked her if she was a teacher, social worker or medical professional and she replied to the effect that she was an adult mental health worker dealing with people with additive problems (if I've got this wrong no doubt kickingbutt will correct me!) She's deleted her posts on that thread.

I cannot say how sorry I am that someone like that can corrupt this forum since honestly it really helped me even if I didn't have the confidence to post in the beginning - just knowing a "friend" was there (oh how I have this expression - 24/7)!!!

im a mental health nurse , which will not and should not permit me or anyone to give advice or support on this public forum regarding anything to do with mental health.

this forum , is here to give support and advice on giving up smoking only.

i would hope that any professional in the health industry is adhering to his/her terms and conditions that we are legally bound to adhere to and not attempting to give advice.

Thanks for this Jude - it's what I thought. It really doesn't matter - it was simply instinct the way she was conducting herself.

As a person who has helped me, it pisses me off to see so many bad comments against her.

I liked Catwoman too. I haven't been here long but from my own experience with her I found her to be a good person. She has helped me too, along with alot of others, in my battle against this horrid nicotine addiction.

I wish people would all get along...we are all here for one purpose and one purpose alone...to put an end to our addiction and to hopefully help others too (is that two purposes?! :p)

Anyway, here's to hoping we can all get along just fine

Mojo I am not getting at you and I am sure she has helped you. You cant shut up you are one of my quit buddies.

But can you now see how it was for us when all the people that helped us with our quit got chased away from this forum. What i am saying is Catwomen loved that and then went on to take over the forum with her posting which she had a go at other posters for doing.

You are right it is childish and thats why i havent been here for a long while.

I doubt Catwomen has gone for good, she wont be able to ignore what is being said.

Hmm I'm wondering why this level of bad feeling has erupted on this forum, all seems to have gotten very bad humoured very quickly.

D'you think it's maybe a symptom of the beast we're all trying to beat?

Maybe the quit is making us all a little bit on edge,quick to loose the old temper etc etc.

Hi all, sorry to butt in here but I read everything thats been going on tonite, and got to read some of the deleted stuff too and it doesn't seem to me that she was the bully. I don't like the way you and your friends ganged up and to me thats more bullying than anything I read she wrote. In fact I'm suprised she hung about here so long.

Sorry if mines not the popular view but I call as I see. I really don't think this forum will be my place of choice in my search for quit support.

Shame you wasnt here a month ago when most of the original posters on here left because of a certain person. I myself havent been here for a couple of weeks.

I have found a fab forum with decent people to help me with my quit and that is were I will contiue to post. I just wanted to make sure the people from here that i quit with were still doing ok.

I'm sorry, I don't want to stir this up but all I know is that if you had done what you did tonite on our uni boards you would have been disciplined and probably had a bahavioural warning and suspension of posting rights. As a uni rep I have to deal with the results of bullying at times and gangs of people bullying an individual in whatever medium is never acceptable and really you ought to be ashamed as grown women.

Thats my say over and I will keep out of it now, as I probably should have done in the first place.

The bullies are all coming out now. After last night I took the time to read back through many many posts and KickingButt you have done this to others too, as did others who used to post by the looks of things. I am asking admin to remove my profile from this forum, I think the bullying behaviour and the sheer nastiness shown on here are reasons for you all to look at yourselves, do you really want to be people like that? I certainly want nothing to do with people like you. Its a total disgrace, I will not be back and have no doubt if I did come back after posting this I would be your next victim.

After my posts last night, I had a few people messaging me and warning me not to 'go against you' because its not worth it as you would turn on me if I did and so would all your mates. A bloody disgrace from women your age, and its us youngsters get the blame for all the anti-social behaviour?

Awww Star, don't go. We can all get along if we all wanted to. I'm not getting involved in any arguments and I haven't had a cross word with anyone on here and nor do I want to so I can't really comment on what has been said by anyone, but I don't really think its fair to put people off this site. Like Star I agree the bullies are the ones who seem to take immense pleasure in ganging up against users and of late Catwoman has been the easy target as have others before and alongside her (cword, robertb, myself...the list goes on)

It may be time for some of you (a month has gone by) to realise that the old buddies have gone - what is the point of going on and on about it. My understanding is that they created a no smoking forum and it was all ready to move into when war flared up so were hardly left forumless!
