Hiya.

I haven't heard of Nicobrevin so i can't advise on that. However, I would just like to say that I am doing it cold turkey. My first time ever going it without a nicotine aid  It never ocurred to me before to just quit without NRT products and I fully recommend the cold turkey method! I appreciate not everyone can quit without some sort of aid though. For me, NRT was more a psychology aid and I feel good that I do not have any nicotine in my body!

I'm sure you will find what suits you and however you choose to do it, I wish you well :)

hi Casey,

I've tried Nicobrevin - sadly not for me - can give you severe heartburn/indigestion because of the ingredients!! So if like me you have delicate digestive system, you may find it hard to keep taking it!!

But good luck if you do try it..:)

Hi ,

Yes i was also planning on going cold turkey , i had a look at nicobrevin as it contains no nicotine etc............. I think im just worried a bit , i can go without a cig in the afternoon / eve no problems at all so that to me will be fine , but the minute i get up in the morning i smoke quite a few and that bit worries me! Crazy i think ive convinced myself ill need something lol........ So i am going to just go it alone as i did find the patches just prolong and did not help......its just mornings i need to work out something to conquer that one . Nearly Wednesday..............I have found that setting a quit date has been helpful , i am quite an impatient person and never waited for a quit date to try before , i do feel feel leading up to this wednesday my desire to smoke is lessening (apart from the mornings ouch!)
