I haven't seen you much this week - too much work to do!
45 days for me today I am still getting some urges but they are less frequent. As a result they somehow feel stronger - so I can still dismiss them but it is a little harder if that makes sense.
Otherwise, I have finally stopped my binge eating of tic tacs and don't feel as hungry as I was. The dreams are still there (I was in a tornado last night) but I am enjoying them (who need a dvd?)

Im here where has all of team 10 gone :eek: im hoping they are all well , like you i still get urges but really dont want to smoke again . Dreams well i have some crackers lol very strange ,still dont sleep to good though and i just wanna eat eat eat most unlike me and the weight is going on !!!! oh well deal with one thing at a time .

I`ve been for the smoking cessation appointment this afternoon, 40 days today hooray!!!
Had the carbon monoxide test done and it was at 0 which she said is unusual, but i was very happy - feel like my body is clear of all the horrible yukky stuff now.
