team 10?

Hey guys

I haven't seen you much this week - too much work to do!

45 days for me today :) I am still getting some urges but they are less frequent. As a result they somehow feel stronger - so I can still dismiss them but it is a little harder if that makes sense.

Otherwise, I have finally stopped my binge eating of tic tacs and don't feel as hungry as I was. The dreams are still there (I was in a tornado last night) but I am enjoying them (who need a dvd?)

Jan: have a wonderful time on holiday, enjoy the sun!

Hi Lorraine!

Hmm - the appetite bit has reduced for me but my trousers are a bit tight. I agree - everything to be dealt in good time (after Easter anyway!!!!)

At least I now have rosy (and plumper :o) cheeks and people started saying looked healthy! Good trade-in I guess!

Cannot wait for the weekend to start. Have to go now and have a business lunch (and large glass of wine ;)

Speak soon and again well done to you too!!!!

Hi everyone,

Im here, hows the rest of the team doing?.

I`ve been for the smoking cessation appointment this afternoon, 40 days today hooray!!!

Had the carbon monoxide test done and it was at 0 which she said is unusual, but i was very happy - feel like my body is clear of all the horrible yukky stuff now.

Hope everyone else is okay, have a good smokefree weekend.

Jan have a lovely holiday lucky thing:)
