I'm feelin' it kim! I am finding today my hardest day (Day Four). Maybe thats to do with the argument I had earlier but boy oh boy oh boy how I didn't cave in and buy some fags I'll never know.

I hope you continue to do really well Kim. Don't let the cravings try and fool you like they nearly did me earlier that everything will be ok after a drag. It won't be ok! It'll pull you back in and claim you all over again and you'll have to go through this all over again. Hark, listen to me!
