Nasty cough!!

Has anyone else got a really annoying cough?? it was quite chesty yesterday but today it feels very dry and tickleish and quite frankly its doing my head like everything else in the world is today!! i better get some sleep tonight!! :mad:

Hi Manolo - Have you tried Lady Sa's remedy of frozen grapes yet. Eases the tickle in your throat.

I have had a bit of a cough and tickly throat. I was told that when you stopped smoking you would be coughing all that gunge up but I haven't done much at all. Not sure whether that is good sign or not:confused:

Hi manolo, going through the wars are we? I have a horrid cough too if its any consolation. Had a real bad coughing fit yesterday that last a good five minutes and struggled to catch my breath at times :eek: At least I'm bringing some of the crap up though.

As for your sleep, good luck! Just take a run up to a brick wall and throw yourself at it full force...might knock yourself out for a few hours Joking!!! Don't really do that...breathe through your nose more if you don't already...that will help to lessen the aggravation to your throat.
