Update on Day 52

Well I am on day 52 and still going strong although i have been severly tested at times:

Financial Problems

Parking ticket Problems

Ex GF Stresses

Work Stresses


But...... I have not gone out and bought a packet. I do think to myself, boy could i do with a smoke, but thats as far as it goes. Very frustrating feelings but i know a cigarette will not take those problems away.

I am starting to sleep normally now, heart burn has gone and all coughs and cold symptoms have gone. Feel spaced out a little sometimes and also have still got a huge appetite. I go to the gym 3 nights a week which helps a huge amount.

I was hoping my energy levels would of increased by now but i do feel pretty tired, especially in afternoons. Maybe I need a little time on this.

I'm sure the energy levels will sort themselves out soon, but hey, you can't be that tired if you manage the gym three times a week! :D

Just a thought, are you having too many carbohydrates at lunch time? That can tire you out in the afternoon, I think.
