ben, aged 3 , my grandson.

4 weeks ago i was chasing him round the garden, and after 3 laps i got so out-of-breath, that i had to sit down,

not too good at 41yo

so i went to see the nurse, and here i am today

i have decided that i want to see my grandchildren grow up,

and get old dis-gracefully !!
