11 hours in... awake and energized... day one is going to be a breeze... i'm much more worried about days 4 through 7. Pumpkin seeds and frozen grapes ftw!

Well done Viking.

Don't think of Days 4 through 7 till it is Day 4.

Great decision viking. Stay strong, and dont be concerned by the days ahead just yet. They arent really any worse than the earlier days in my opinion.

You know, on the lead up to the 'quit date', we imagine it to be one of the worse days ever and we build it up to be really bad! We dwell on it, dread it, fret over it, worry that we won't cope, what if something goes wrong? Basically, we just turn it into some horrid day that we hope will never arrive! Yet, when it does arrive, it doesn't seem quite as bad as we imagined it to be. I'm not saying it is easy, either, but because we have really dreaded it and made it out to be D-Day, when it actually approaches, we handle it alot better than we give ourselves credit for. Its as if we're waiting for something major to go wrong, something to found all our fears that we had on the lead up to our quit date.

Mind you, the hardest days for me are around day 5 ish to the end of the 2nd week. Don't know why.
