I have just noticed from my stats how many days I have stopped smoking. I can't believe I have been without a cig for so long. Thank you soooooo much for all your help. If it hadn't been for this forum, my mum, friends and work colleagues I don't think I could have made it this far:cool:
Here's looking at the next 32 days and onwards

Congratulations Jan, you'll be in month 3 before you know it.
You were starting to sound like an Oscar acceptance speech then... " and I'd like to thank my agent, ..."

Hi everyone - the stats look good every day you look at them don't they. Especially how much money we have saved not smoking I keep looking at mine to give me an incentive to keep on quitting (amongst others of course).
Hope your cold and sore throat have more or less gone liz - have you tried the frozen grapes yet?
cold and sore throat much better thanks, maybe being off the fags is making recovery quicker eh.
Not tried the grapes yet, will pop too the shops and get some later.
How you been doing honey, bad weekend for me the craves were pretty bad didn`t cave though, got our team to think about, and would have been back to square one.
Eating everything and anything at the moment hope that calms down.

Hope everyone is doing okay.

Sorry to hear you had a baddun and well done for not caving. I think this is the first weekend when I have been pretty calm and not craving so much. As you say we have our team to think about which I find has given me another incentive to keep on quitting. Like you I am eating everything in sight but I am sure it will calm down (she says hopefully:rolleyes:).
