My true love sent me....
Well it was a text message that was in now way related to me quitting smoking 
But seriously, 12 days... wow, another two and i'll be celebrating the beggining of a smoke free week 3!
and hopefull the jubilation will be shared with Andy and the others too! i really hope your all getting on ok, stay strong and lets get another day under our belt!

hi jimi, im here on day 12 
feeling pretty good about the weekend im gunna risk going for a few bevvies tomorrow, hopefully the smoking ban should make it a little easier. only working half day today my little girl has an appointment at the optitions this aft so will be keeping busy today, if she has an appointment somewhere it usually involves going for a treat afterwards lol. hope you all have a good weekend.

humm think i might even risk a couple of beers tonight myself, but if i feel the urge to smoke coming on im going for a glass of coke and a walk! anything to stop me wanting a smoke, but like you say hopefully the smoking ban will make things easier because there wont be a thick fog of cigarette smoke in the air, and to be in a position where the smoke becomes a problem, you have to be in the middle of the smokers outside and if your there, you wouldn't be posting in week 3
