I have finally decided to give it another go, or should I say I have decided now is this time to give it another go...
I have stopped again at 12 Noon today (16th Jan 08).
This time I have slapped a patch on the old arm just to help me get through the first week or so.
It was a spontaneous decision which I made at 11:58, and to be honest I never thought today would be a suitable day for starting a new quit campaign. Especially after making my son's packed lunch this morning. There I was spreading some Philidelphia Light (Spreadable cheese) on his cream crackers when I pressed a bit too hard with the knife and the cracker broke  Needless to say I had to peel the cracker parts off my hands along with the cheese and stick the pieces together again... Waste not want not and all that.
Anyhow, here I am again...

Hi Gav, i'm one of the many other serial quitters who never gets past day one. had to laugh at your cracker experience. Dont know what my daughter would get in her pack lunch if it was left to my husband. lol. Anyway I too have decided to give it another go. will be here tomorrow starting day 1 again. I am now thinking I am just make it harder for myself giving in to the nasty little voice in my head (though when its speaking it sounds rather nice). Give it your best shot Gav, Good Luck.
