nearly a whole week!

Wow! I've made it to day 7:cool::)

It's not been plain sailing but also not as hard as I thought it would be either.

I'm amazed how un-stressed I am about it all, it's like I'm so chuffed at not smoking that nothing seems to be bothering me that much anymore. An example - this afternoon when I went to access the internet the thing would'nt connect me properly. I tried several times and kept getting an error message, I had to reconnect stuff at the back of the PC, and it still did'nt work. Then I tried to ring the ISP helpline number and it was constantly engaged. Now normally I would be chain smoking and tearing my hair out over this, but I just took a deep breath went out for a walk round the block and came back to it - and after a few more attempts got it to work:D

I'm off to see the lady at the smoking cessation clinic this afternoon can't wait to tell her the good news that I've lasted the whole week:)

Well Done. What agreat feeling it is when you get to the end of the first week.

Did you have to blow into that tube when you first see the lady at the smoking cessation clinic. What did you score?? What did you score this time.

I find that bit the best to see your level go down to 1.

Please come tell us how it all went x
