Day 3 for me too

Morning everyone,

I am so chuffed I have got to day 3, although feel a little bit sick and headache I dont feel as bad as yesterday.

Has anyone had side effects from using the patches? Not sure whether i just have a bug or it is the patches? I really dont want to fail this time and i would rather use something to help me but i dont want to feel like this...:confused:

Day three can be a bad one I used patches last quit found them fine maybe you have a bug or it could be the quit itself. If you dont feel any better in a day or two maybe you should see your doctor. Anyway well done on day three your doing great Linda xxxxx

Well done for getting to Day 3, the first few days are the hardest and you've already got the first 2 out of the way, you've nearly done the hardest bit, just keep going and keep strong, it will get easier.
