Are the evenings so damn hard to manage. I am freaking out here.

My head is all over the place tonight. I have even nicked one of the kids painting by numbers and started doing that just to take my mind of it.

My husband has give in and is at the moment driving to the garage for some cigerettes ( silly man).

But i just thought i would come on here and chat to you instead.

I hate this giving up smoking lark, it stinks.:mad:

I know the evening do seam the hardest. Last time I quit the evenings was great Just gose to show each quit is different. Dont give in like your man try and talk some sense to him before he smokes. Almost day 5 things will get much better soon. linda xxxxxxxx

I am not going to smoke because i know in a few days time i will want to quit again and then i have to start all over again.

My husband only smokes about 4 aday and they are all after 8pm. I dont understand why he find it so difficult to give up them few when he can go all day without even thing about it.

He is home but hasnt smoked any yet. I think he just needs to have some in the house to make him feel better.

Funny My son inlaw Only smoked two each evening just before bed few more if he went out. He tryed for years to give them up not smoked now since 13 jan last year but really had a hard job to stay smoke free. Mad or what

i got partner smoking outside but then he just changed his mind cos it is raining :rolleyes: easy to take a snout believe me
