hi i thought i would be able to quit smoking before christmas but i was wrong i would go all day without smoking but at night i would have a smoke i have cut down from 20 a day to about 5 so i am reading allan carrs book again and i will be quitting at midnight new years eve i have bought puzzel books and i will be keeping myself busy marg

Also smoked for 33 years this year coming quit last year for 6 months but caved in sept a lot of stress with drinking son. Never mind new year new quit hopefully my last. Hope to speak soon your doing fab congrats. Love Linda xxxxx

Hi guys, well you wont be alone, I am coming back on january 7th, dont ask me why that date, its just stuck in my mindset and I know that that is the date for me to go ahead.

Am phsycing myself up for it, and am well prepared for difficult times ahead, as you all know I am having a stressful time at the moment but Im also determind to do this once and for all!
