Yay. Another milestone reminder bleeps at me on my phone. Days really start falling down like dominoes when you can push yourself this far, a ton fifty, cant believe it!
Nearly five months smoke free (that will be on Sunday) and I feel pretty good about things.
I'm celebrating with a cup of tea at this moment. Pretty knarly huh?
