4 full months for me Yip Eeeeeee.

Five months ago I couldn’t have imagined myself as a none smoker.

Now on the other hand I can’t imagine myself as a smoker.

I have now been a none smoker for:. 0Y 17W 2D 19H 46M 27S. I have not smoked: 4872 Cigarettes. That's a saving of £ 1169.51. I will now live longer by: 0Y 2W 2D 22H 5M. Way to go sweeite. 4 months is fantastic. Bet you feel relly good. I have heard that month 4 is a 'turning point'. Sort of when you really feel like you are truly a non smoker.

Hey francesca the only thing i got on you is three days. and thinking back over them you got nothing to worry about I think over the last 3 days I thaught about smoking once for about 10 seconds if that.

keep your chin up girl you done all the hard work. But as I keep getting warned off a long term exsmoking friend of mine be on guard and remember that as an exsmoker we're always on parole, one more puff and we could be prisoners again

As long as we all remember that we'll stay free forever.
