:):DHi just to say i'm at day 6 of my quit smoking, I was going to say attempt lol, but this is for real and after 6 days there's only onward and upward. If I do start to go a little barmy then please pay me no neverminds lol. The worst part so far is coughing, coughing and plenty of gasping. Off to the doctor's asap to check this out and get an explanation for the pale green phlegm..yuk!...that has taken over my lungs at present. No mad cravings just breaking habits but do feel a bit light headed is this the norm? Is my brain partying on it's new supply of oxygen?, keep coming over dizzy lol now and again. Well that's me guys hope to hear from you and will keep you all posted..

Welcome to the mad house rocka53!! I wouldn't worry about going a little barmy as most of us on this forum are a little odd at times. It's probably another side effect of quitting! Congrats on 6 days!

My lovely new doctor...

Well i've been to the doc's this a.m. and I seem to have acquired a new one and very nice he is too. So I've a weeks supply of Amoxicillin and an appointment to some kind of stop smoking thing they've got going down at the surgery, so we'll have to wait and see what that's all about when i get there tomorrow. Hope it's not one of them where you all sit in a circle and say "Hi my name is Nicotine Nelly and i'm a Fagaholic", coz i'll be leaving very soon after that:D. Well day 7 and still with it...

Hi Rozcka I went to one of stop smoking group things about 2 years ago and on the first day we all had to ask the person next to us all these questions about them, and then tell the rest of the group all about each. Hated it at the time. But it did break the Ice though. Hope it works for you Good luck
