Just popped in to to hi to everyone.

The ones that don't know me i quit smoking on march 8.

I have to say it is hard but not impossible and well worth it.

You really need to understand every thing about smoking making it a successful quit.

It is a nasty addiction which destroys life.

9 months quit going strong

lost 2 stone since i quit smoking :)

good luck

andy :o

Hi Andy thanks for update. I agree that the more you understand about smoking and especially the effect of nicotine the more successful the quit I think. I went into my quit after loads of research on withdrawal symptoms, nicotine's effect on our brain etc and it has helped me on the days that I wanted to cave in. Well done on 9 months, it isnt easy.
