Yesterday I was so busy I hardly had time to even think smoking... I finished my day yesterday by going to the gym. I did 15 mins of stationary bike, some machine weights focusing on my chest area workouts, 10 laps of swimming, and saunas to relax my muscles.
Yesterday was sweet...
Today at work on my second monday being smoke free... It honestly has becomoe a little easier... I will never forget how tough it was on days 5, 6, and 7...
I say to myself now it won't kill me if I change... It is for the best.
I feel sooooooooooooooo much better it is hard to describe how I feel. It is amazing 12 days never in the 23 years of being a smokere of a pack a day have I imagined this possible...
