4 Important tips to quit smoking easily

Smoking is very dangerous to health so i was to leave smoking .

Suggest me the ways to do so??

Hi

I think if you want to quit smoking cessation, first you need to build your confidence about the quiting smoking. Its is not a easy task.

First thing you will do till now:-

1. try to keep busy yourself.

2. do not tell to your new friends that you smoke. try to hide this habbit to others.

3. whenever in a day, you smoke, smoke only half cigeratte rather than smoke full cigeratte example: suppose you smoke 15 times in a day that means you smoke 15 ciggerates in a day but if u smoke half cigeratte each time than you will smoke 7-8 cigeratte in a day.(by doing this you will decrease your cigeratte quantity half)

4. Try some medicine like Champix ( champix is a good medicine for quit smoking.

For more information visit at Buy Champix
