Hi everybody, hope you can still take me seriously. Smoked my last ciggy at 4pm ish, Thought that by going exactly half way through the day, I will only have to do half a day at a time. LOL. cos i will be asleep for the second half instead of the first half. :confused:Made sence when I was thinking about it. sounds a bit silly now:o. But after what I put myself and my best friend through this past few weeks if i dont laugh i will probably cry. But I have learnt from that. The problem is that it is so easy to forget how much I hate smoking. I think I have really drummed it in this time. Here hoping anyway.
Congrats to anyone else who has quit!! It really is the best decision we could ever make in all our lives. That is a fact.

Thanks for all your posts everyone. Didn't get off to a very good start. :mad:But ive figured that every slip is a learning curve, that I have to learn from. Think today I have hit rock bottom, so surely the only way is up. Tomorrow is another day and will have to be THE day. Otherwise I think I will have to retire, and that is not something I entend to do without a fight.
Thanks everyone for you support. It has been the worst month of my life and it is only my stupidity that keeps dragging me back. GRRRRR
