I'm on day 3, using the Allen Carr method. This will be about the 4th time I've used it in about 4 years, with varying success.(usually no longer than for 2 weeks and then 2 to 3 months pretending I can still do it but all the time steadily smoking more and more untill I'm back to 20 a day!)

I am pretty sure I know enough now to conquer this disease for good this time.

No real problems and so far so good! and to everybody else where ever you are on your journey, well done and good luck!
