Hey All you lovely People

Well

im still going strong, just finished my first night shift, i work for a well known newspaper and its very very stressfull but no smoke for meeeeeeee.

I have missed you Boudee and Buffy so Much

I did well still not had a puff but was very very tempted, i work with old die hard printers and publishers who are very surprised at my decison to quit they are all behind me in a funny kind of way apart from their scare stories which is like water of a ducks back as i know what they are like (remember Arthur Scargill! thats the kind of guys i have to deal with !

I so want a smoke right now its unbeliveable, i have done a bottle of nice wine and a load of microtabs, i feel good, must admit Friday night i actually made a roll up!!! but came to my senses and threw it over my garden wall before lighting up!

Well its day 6 and still no easier wish i had been in touch with my lovely girls Boudee and Buffy, Kazza and Chocobuuny, clare, but i have been real busy getting your Sunday reads out!!

Wil be in touch ASAP goota go to bed now as Mondays Papers will not wait with the Rugby and all!!
