Tingling feet

Hi Guys

I am on day 12 and since yesterday my feet have been tingling all the time, is this normal when giving up smoking or completely unrelated?

i dunno im only on day 4... and slipped.

and since trying to quit each night i wake up with a numb finger. doubt it's quit smoking related.
