I am not a champix user myself but others have taken day 7 or 14 as their quit dates, if you are not happy at 7 days I would wait till day 14.

I am not sure sure how it works really but I know that you will start to feel some effects within 14 days! Good decision to quit!

thanks for the welcome certainly going to give this a good try. soon as i stop going to put the money i would of saved in a savings account hoping this will give me a further incentive
