Glad to see that after a week of not being online everyone still seems to be holding strong - well done to everyone..
Has been much better this week for me. Have made it to day 16, and am feeling much much better than I did in the first 10 days. This last 6 days has been much easier, have got used to not going for a smoke at work, still think about it in the car on the way home, but by the time I get back to the house - seem to prefer a beer everytime. Still off the weed too, which is great, I can actually remember who I am, and can remember my dreams too!
Glad to see so many new posts, all giving their own personal experiences, each different, but each also encouraging.
Keep going everyone, I can kick it, and so can you.
Happy days!

It`s really strange looking back at the first 4 weeks of my quit.
All i thought while driving to work was smoking and it was only 10 mins drive,
now smoking is the last thing on my mind driving to work.
Funny how time heals.
You will be the same soon.
Good luck
Andy

Wow CanIKickIt day 16 already, what an amazing achievement!! You are doing so great and you sound so strong it's a pleasure to read about it - I get strenght and inspiration from people who are months ahead of me as much as from people who have stopped after me, so thanks for your post as your joy and pride are contagious
Day 4 here now..I can certainly see how a forum like this is so helpful ..we need to vent, share, and grieve here. I am still feeling that I lost my best friend..I am inspired by your perseverance !!
