Hello to all, Hit 60 days today and boy oh boy have i found the last 2 weeks kinda hard!. Have had a few stressy things going on in my life so i know that dont help but last week decided to treat myself and buy some clothes etc with some of the money i have saved not burning it away... now that felt good:D . Even got my hair done today:p lol. Any how, feeling a bit cheesed off the fact i have put on half a stone, my tummy is mega bloated, i cant, well i can do my work trousers up but best if i dont, i now fart for England all of a sudden which i cant help and never suffered before. Is this common? The bloating is what i class as uncomfortable, any ideas or hints to help me?.

Think all of us are doing mega great on here and hats off to us all, keep it up.

I have saved £468 in 60 days, i dont smell anymore( well my bum might lol), my sense of taste and smell has improved, my other half is now kissing me more, my hair is now softer, skin is looking brighter, i could go on on and at everything positive, but i still have the urge for a smoke, i'm now on 14mg patches and wonder if i should go back to 21mg for a week?

Cazzy xxxx

Brilliant !!!

Hey Cazzy - I can't help with anything that you've asked for below (especially the farting bit!) but I just wanted to say a fantastic, amazing, outstanding WELL DONE on 60 days !!!!

I can't wait to get there - and will strangely get some "man-pleasure" out of an improved ability to fart - but it's a really outstanding achievement and you should be very very very very proud !!!

WELL DONE AGAIN !

;)

It was mannion Boudee x x

When i said that this happens again but very soon you'll suddenly realise that feeling has gone!!

It is in the 3 month mark

We ended up digging holes I believe :D

Stay strong Cazzy because your so close to finding that day where it dawns upon you that 'Oh I went a day without a thought on smoking!!'

I have a theory about the 3's

3rd day is tough

3rd week is a wee low again and then

3rd month has a final tug at you x x

then *windrush* all is good in the hood ;)

Stay strong ~Buffy x x

Not what you're looking for?
