These last few days for me have been seriously B A D!!! If it wasn't for the fact that I have 2 disabled children and to get them ready and out of the house just to buy smokes is like the biggest expedition - I would have caved in. The crunchies have been so awful at times but then I get through another day and think wow I got through that day and I'm ok I'm still here the world hasn't exploded cos I didn't have a smokey joe so on to the next day.

I can't sleep at the moment - haven't slept for several nights now and can't eat either - I think it's all linked up together so I'm a caffeine wreck with red bull and cappucinos and tea on the go all the time. I am hoping tonight I will get some sleep otherwise it will be back down here at 5am writing the next chapter or on line here or listening to music through the head phones.

We've just got to stick together coz we all feel it and feel it for each other. Did you see Meercats thread - cor bad week for him but I really hope he comes through too.

You'll be fine. Deep breaths.
