hi poppy, well... My Weekend: a little gardening so my brother and wife could actually sit on the grass without being carted off by wild animals hiding in the undergrowth, flogged mrs s's car, bought mrs s a new motorbike, went to a carboot sale to sell a load of stuff we'd been hoarding (amongst it, my last packs of tobacco, papers, flints and zippo:D) and generally hung. Or is it hanged? No, can't be, must be hung.

Sounds like you had a swell weekender. So have you and Mrs Steveh got the same sort of bikes now? And do you have a car at all - or is it the wind through the hair everytime?

You'll have to take me out on your bike one day if Mrs S doesn't mind coz I would love to go on the back of a bike again - it's like being on a rollercoaster. Scared to death but loving every second.

Did you see all the tom tom messages me and Befly were leaving cos we were worried? You see we all keep tabs on each other that's how we get through. And well done for selling all your smokey joe bits - hope you got a good price.

My son and partner are bike mad partner has a bandet 600 and youngest son has honda cbr rr 600 think thats it may be wrong. Its bike bike bike in this house dose my head in my partners 56 thinks hes still 23 like my son hehe linda xxx

Muuuuaaaahhhhhh Thanks Boudee. Tony came thru surgery fine and has a long road ahead of him but the doctor expects a 90% recovery. Time will tell if there is any spinal cord damage but he doesn't expect there to be any. Sorry I haven't been around much....or felt like posting. Stress has been horrible. I have fumbled but keep on plugging along. I guess one of these days I will be 100% smoke free....

Hi Linda, nothing wrong with a biker household!! Mine's a K1100 LT (nicknamed the Flying Brick) and mrs s has something just a little smaller since she's only just passed her test!

Hi NS4M, yes, ploughing ahead mate, no worries. Just changed the oil and checked the air-con, we're ok for another couple of weeks with no exhaust fumes

LOL...you had me worried but I am sooo happy that I won't be gettin any exhaust in my face as you plough through Glad to hear the plough is ready for a few more weeks...*sigh* I feel better now
