Ive been quit just over a month but have had one little lapse on sat, which taught me that Im not ready to paint the town red yet. :rolleyes:

Never mind Im carrying on as before as quitting is the best thing I ever did, just wish that Id never started.

Anyways welcome and support is here by the bucket load whenever you need it so fear not!

Well i seemed fine last night everything going great! woke up this morning feeling flighty, i just had to go somewhere do something, so i said to my boyfriend shall we go to mcarther glen (unsure how to spell it) in brigend, i was excited to be going shopping, then as we got on the motor way he lit up! i was like oh my god the smell!!! i couldn't cope, it was stinging my nose! i hated it, it put me in a towel mood cause he woke nic up and instead of enjoying my day, i spent the whole time fighting, did he understand NOPE! he spent the whole day being sarcastic to me! so im not happy, not one bit.

So sorry your not your self having a shit day here too. Been a bit low all week had a bit of a cold for a few days but today feel like crying. If I really thought a fag would make me feel better would have one for sure. My partner is smoking every bloody time I look at him he is getting right up my nose hehe. I'm telling you i think its jealousy, because I'm doing it and he'd love to do it! he started smoking 12 years ago, hes 38 now, so that would of made him 26 years old, old enough to be well aware of the dangers, he was a fool and he knows it.

Well i ended up going to bed at 1 am after consuming 4 cans of lager, and i ended up sleeping in the spare room! thats right the spare room. He left me - much space then when i tried moving him he moaned like you wouldn't believe (men!) so i toddled of to the other bedroom, he then came in later to find me and drag me back off to the main bedroom saying he missed me :rolleyes:
