My taste buds are coming back,lol. I cant get over how much more tasty things are now, its amazing

I have gone right off coffe and tea just now but i can handle that,its probably a good thing because i used to have a cuppa with a fag!
My chest is clearing its self out now and even tho its a bit Ewwww, its good to know all that minging stuff is leaving your body
