Strangely I had a craving w/end just gone....hadn't had one for about a month.
Now I have to work off the half stone I put on since I quit.....I'd rather the extra weight then the nicotine though!!

Well done on reaching one hundred days and thanks for posting. I'm sure when a lot people feel they've cracked it, they no longer feel the need to come back and post, but it really does give encouragement to those earlier in the process.
Whilst not wanting to wish time away, it passes too quickly anyway, I can't wait to be 100 days on. I start 5 weeks tomorrow, and though I've barely had any intense cravings at all, I have had whole days when I feel very edgy and tense - in fact today has been one of them. I want to quickly get to a time when this tension subsides and feel more normal again.
By the way have just worked out that to date already I have saved £250.00 in just 4 weeks as I smoked around 12 packs a week.
