The big question is, how do you feel?

Are you finding it more managable as time goes on?

I am now on Day 14, start of week 3 tomorrow for me and I have got to the stage where it doesn't bother me about not smoking.

I still get the odd urge now and then, but it only lasts a matter of seconds.

Stay strong and keep a positive mental attitude.

Bloody hell thanks all feel a lot better now.....

No day 6 was ok best day yet still a long way to go but i will make it.
