on july the 2nd will be 3 months for me. When i packed up the ciggies i done it for me not cos of the ban, i got to the point were i never enjoyed a fag anymore i was just lighting them up through habit thats when i new i had to do something about it, i used the inhalator for 3 weeks and then went cold turkey my skin looks better its nice not having that smell on me and in my house anymore i hate it when someone talks to me and they have just had a fag it stinks, ive not put on any extra weight as yet but im making sure im not replacing fags with cream cakes, once i get to 3months i wont come on this web site but its been so helpful to me in the early days of my quit. knowing i was not alone, and getting all the help and support exspecially from buffy and linda

once i get to 3months i wont come on this web site but its been so helpful to me in the early days of my quit.
